If you are unable to join the programme for any reason you will be welcome to transfer your place to someone else without penalty up to two weeks before the first workshop.
If you are unable to join the programme and cannot transfer your place to someone else the following refund terms apply:
6 weeks or more before the first workshop, 100% refund
Less than 6 weeks and more than 2 weeks before the first workshop, 50% refund
2 weeks or less before the first workshop, no refund.
In the event that we have to cancel the programme for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible and all monies already paid by you will be returned in full.
NOTE - If you wish to book a second place for a colleague working on the same change, with a 50% discount on their fee, please leave quantity here as 1 - one invoice will be raised for both places. We will ask about this next in the booking process.
