November Hampstead Heath Gathering with Jake Farr

  • London, England United Kingdom (map)

Part of our Flourishing Fridays series, this in-nature session is an opportunity to enjoy the wildness of Hampstead Heath, connect with your own nature (wild or otherwise) and deepen relationships within the LTS community. Drawing on The Work That Reconnects, Deep Ecology and Natural Voice, the afternoon will include invitations into some guided processes to nourish ourselves and Mother Earth.

Jake is a coaching psychologist and gestalt psychotherapist who has been creating space for nature, self and community connections for many years, including at Hazel Hill Wood near Salisbury where she is a Trustee.

Being in nature is an essential part of our work at Leading Through Storms. Our relationship with nature (including all animals, our own nature and the wildness of trees) is foundational to climate breakdown and the messiness of these troubling times.

“We cannot protect something we do not love, we cannot love what we do not know, and we cannot know what we do not see. Or hear. Or sense.”

Richard Louv
