Monday Monthly: Dilemma Navigation Practice Session

Three sheep face in different directions on a grassy hill overlooking a misty sea.

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”  - Rumi, interpreted by Coleman Barks

What do you notice about the dilemmas you face today, compared with last week, last month, a year ago?

As the consequences of climate breakdown and ecological collapse become ever more apparent, perhaps what once felt like a dilemma now feels like a no-brainer. Maybe new tensions are emerging, or a dilemma you have been grappling with for a while feels more impossible than ever.

Dilemmas can have a habit of keeping us stuck, as though spinning in an eddy current. Holding us in patterns that prevent progress. Frustrating and/or confusing us. Bringing us into conflict – with others, and with our own sense of self.

This first Monday Monthly of 2025 is a practice session. There will be a small amount of pre-reading which will be sent one week before we gather. The session itself will allow time and space to explore polarities and develop practices for more generative dilemma navigation.

If you’d welcome fresh perspectives on how you might move forward with whatever dilemmas, tensions and schisms you are experiencing, please join us.
